The label is peeled using the delaminated edge, and pressed with a roller on the product.
Then the label is pressed on with a roller using a belt for the bottom side pressure.

This equipment attaches labels to upright bottles as part of the in-line process.  Using a combination of a roller and belt to apply pressure, this prevents air bubbles and attaches labels onto a cylindrical surface of the bottle.

The label is partially pressed on by the roller.  Then the belt spins the bottle applying pressure so that the label is evenly attached to the curved surface.

   3. Ideal for labeling cylinder shaped objects.

Holds the delaminated label with vacuum head.  The head moves to the folder and press the label.  With folding function, the edge of the label is folded backwards.

A printer can be installed as an option.

The label is held by a vacuum head, and moved to the product.  The positioning unit allows the label to be place on the concaved shape with very high accuracy.

This machine can label a container without contacting content during the attaching process.  The amount air pressure used to attach the label can be modified to match to specifications of container being labeled. It is most suitable for very delicate products.

Vacuum chucks hold the label.  When the container comes into position, air pressure from the nozzle pushes the label down and attaches it firmly.

This machine combines the features and benefits from the High Precision Cylinder type and the Air Preventive Roller type equipment.  It is ideal for curved surface which are not suitable for the standard cylinder type equipment. By combining the roller feature, the label is applied with better contact to create a stronger adhesiveness bond.

Vacuum head with a roller hold the label.  The vacuum head declines and the roller presses the label onto the curved surface preventing air bubbles.

        cylinder and roller combination.
    4. The roller makes it possible to label
        curved surface easily.

The High Speed labeler is designed like a Roller type with vacuum chucks and brake features for high speed and increased through put.  The equipment accuracy for label placement is higher than standard Roller type machine.

        through put of 600 pcs/minute.

        labeling and winding labeling type.

    1. Accordion type single labels stored in a
        hopper.
    2. Can be designed for in-line or desk top.
    3. This machine is most suitable when
        labels are supplied by the end
        customer, and changing the format to
        rolled labels is not an option.
