Kenix Global Technologies, LLC. is the Service & Supports Center for FPD manufacturing equipment manufactured by Japanese equipment manufacturers and sold by Kenix Global technologies, LLC. in the U.S. market. As such, KGT’s mission is to create an environment for our customers and our equipment suppliers in which the distance gap, time gap, cultural gap and language gap are eliminated. Our customers in the U.S. will be able to select and use the equipment from Japan with confidences, knowing that complete services are available within the U.S.
Kenix Global Technologies, LLC. employs service engineers who are fully trained by the Japanese
equipment manufacturers in their factories.
The services and supports KGT provide are:
1. Installations and training of the new equipment.
2. Warranty services.
3. After warranty services.
4. Documentations.
5. Communications and coordination.
